WEDDING PACKAGES

HILLTOP PACKAGE (NO LODGING):

Use the ranch for your rehearsal dinner, wedding celebration, or ceremony. This package includes use of the barns and bathrooms buildings only, no lodging, no wedding party suites.The quarters for rent on ranch will still be available for anyone to rent (wedding related or not). Price includes 200 chairs, security guard (sheriff), day of insurance policy, cleaning, and access from 7am-12pm Friday and Saturday.

HERITAGE PACKAGE:

All of the items in the Hilltop Package plus lodging in our “Historic Homestead” and our meeting space “The Rose” is reserved for Friday and Saturday nights use.

EPIC RANCH PACKAGE:

All of the items in Heritage Package, plus access to the Guadalupe River location, plus access to the entire Ranch Rose for bride/ groom photography. *shuttle service required for access to theriver, included*

SPECIAL NOTES

• Guests onsite times are coordinatedand limited so that Ranch Rose can provide Sheriff’s deputies
• Insurance per event is provided by Ranch Rose
• Bartender(s) are required, but not provided by Ranch Rose.
•Provide a TABC license to us prior to the event or alcohol will not be served.
• Linens, decorations, tables, etc. are not provided by Ranch Rose
• Preferred use of our vendors and planners (not included). A complete list of our approved vendors can be provided.
